Full payment will have to be taken by card one week before collection of the Horsebox. The £500 damage deposit may be paid in cash or by card at the time of collection.
What documents do I need to bring with me?
- In order to hire the horsebox for self-drive, we will need to see the photo card of the driver’s full UK driving licence. If you do not have a driving license with a photo you will need to bring another form of photo ID such as a passport.
- Create a licence ‘check code’ to share your driving record https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
- We will also need to see either originals or copies of two utility bills from within the last 3 months as proof of address.
Read information on hiring a vehicle on the DVLA Website.
Prior to hiring the horsebox, we advise you to read through, print off and bring with you a copy of the terms and conditions.
